Ingredients
- 500g of Crizzpy’s snacky’s
- Oil to deep fry Crizzpy’s (or air fry)
Frien Rice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 eggs, lightly whisked
- Carrots and cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp chili paste
- Finely sliced spring onion, to serve
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 200g of pineapple, cut into cubes
Method
Prepare Crizzpy’s Snacky’s
- Deep fry your Crizzpy’s Snacky’s until golden brown OR air fry for 20 minutes at 180 C. Set aside.
Fried Rice
- Heat oil in a wok or saucepan.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the garlic and onion and cook for 2 minutes until the onion is starting to brown.
- Whisk in the eggs and mix.
- Add the vegetables and cook for a further 2 minutes until wilted.
- Add the chili paste, mix and add in the Crizzpy Snacky’s. Toss until well combined.
Garnish with spring onion, serve with rice and enjoy !
